Speedball Elegant Writer Drawing Set, 6 pcs
Speedball – a US company founded in 1899 that originally made writing tools. In 1915, the revolutionary cut-style pen nib invented by sign painter Ross F. George, which made it possible to produce both thin and wide lines in a single stroke, became so popular that it gave the whole company its name – Speedball. Today, after more than 125 years, it is one of the world’s best-known art supplies manufacturers, offering tools for calligraphy, printmaking and ceramics.
The Elegant Writer range also includes calligraphy and lettering pens, while this set is made for drawing: micro-tip pens for detailed line work and controlled strokes.
About this product:
- Micro tip (0.4 mm) – made for very fine details and precise writing;
- Consistent line width – all pens draw a smooth, unchanging 0.4 mm line;
- Vibrant color palette – 6 different shades (Red Poppy, Cobalt Blue, Grapeseed, Kelley Green, Magenta, Orange) for drawings, sketches and illustrations.
